I dont understand I am doing everything to loose weight but it doesn't work!? - in jazz dance what is the cake dance

Cuisine:
Breakfast: nothing that I feel bad when, as in Moringa

Lunch half-sandwich / 250g pasta

Afternoon tea, cakes and nectarines

Dance 1 hours

Wednesday
Stretching and push-ups for 15 minutes

Thursday
Sports for 45 minutes per hour .. School

Friday
Jazz Daning 45 minutes
Jazz Dance 45 minutes twice Jazz
Hip Hop Dancing 45 Mins

Saturday
Dancing 4 hours without a break

Sunday
Closed on day Coffee and cake

Make sure that you have to eat foods that can of vegetables, are full of fish and get all the food groups (dairy, carbohydrates, etc.) but also the weight of the body designed to eveyone as a weight are designed to be what makes it difficult for them to lose weight.
