How do I combine interval training and strength training? - strength training advice

I am weight training every other day, but was told to add interval training. However, I am every day or only occasionally, or how it works? Can a Web site?

I would occasionally, because we really need recovery time, especially if your partner with strength training, such as an overload of the central nervous system. I reccomment interval training, but I've never seen, and no results.
